Kanye West Has Reactivated His Instagram Account

After deleting his Instagram account back in May of 2017, Kanye West has reactivated it to celebrate his love for Kim Kardashian on Valentine's Day. In his first post back, 'Ye shares the cover of his handwritten card to his wife.
